Laura Vivian is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of TrilliumBiO, a multi-accredited, CLIA-certified laboratory redefining how innovation is translated into clinical practice. She founded the company after recognizing a persistent gap between biomarker discovery and real-world patient access, where promising tests often fail to reach patients due to fragmentation across development, validation, and clinical implementation.
Under her leadership, TrilliumBiO has emerged as a strategic partner to biopharma companies, academic institutions, and healthcare providers, supporting the full lifecycle of assay development from early research through commercialization. She has built a differentiated model that integrates scientific innovation, regulatory insight, and market strategy enabling faster adoption of new technologies, particularly in rare and underserved diseases. Known for moving with speed and precision, Laura has positioned the company to rapidly translate complex science into scalable, patient-accessible solutions.
In parallel with TrilliumBiO, Laura serves as President of Capital Digestive Care Laboratory, which she built and expanded into a high-performing organization supporting one of the largest gastroenterology networks in the country and recognized as a Global Diagnostic Center of Excellence. She continues to drive strategic growth and expand patient access, strengthening the continuum of care across the patient journey.
With more than 20 years of experience across the life sciences and healthcare landscape, Laura operates at the intersection of biopharma, clinical care, and innovation, building platforms that bridge scientific discovery and real-world application. She is focused on ensuring that innovation doesn’t stop at discovery but reaches the patients who need it.
